Our volunteers are key to the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative program's success as they perform 95% of all the work done for homeowners.  Volunteer team leaders are trained to organize, recruit, and prepare their teams for the task of working on a home. Volunteer teams of 6-10 individuals are matched with appropriate homeowners based on several factors including size of project, experience and size of volunteer team. Projects usually take 2-4 workdays to complete. Sponsorships cover the cost of repairs to the home.

A Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative is an initative about restoring neighborhoods one home at a time through simple acts of kindness. Residents have the opportunity to experience a stronger neighborhood and improve their quality of life. Volunteers have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of others as well as to grow in their faith while building community among friends and family or coworkers.
